Good afternoon!



My name is Yorkiria M. Cruz ID.32981 Shift operator C belonging to the production department line 1 and 2.



I am contacting you to presentraise a concern regarding the cleaning and delivery of the shift.



At the end of each shift, we have the obligation to deliver the clean shift and with the corresponding materials for the incoming shift and in that way, not delay the production, to which our opposite shift is not carrying it out and leaves the floor long before we enter.



Before presenting this concern before, you commented on it as my corresponding leadership group such as my lead, my supervisor and through it to my manager who looked for a solution to make routine reports at the end of the shift but it was only done the first three weeks.



They agreed that it is unfair for us to prepare the shift to leave it with everything necessary to wait for the next one to receive the lines and we do not receive it in the same way.



I hope that please we find a solution to the problem. I consider that we are all a team because we are all NiagaraNiagaran and we share the same goal.
