During my 4four years in the BBS program, I realized that I should have some management-related work experience. Also, BBS is a theoretical course, so, I decided to havegain practical knowledge and joined Swarna laxmi co-operative and, one of the pioneer co-operativeco-operatives in the Chitwan district, with a history of nearly a century. I Workingworked there as a junior assistant, and I was able to knowunderstand the corporate culture and administrative relatedadministrative-related works, and it also helped me to build a strong network with many people. Furthermore, I was also able to getearn the title of best internship performerperformance, which boosted my confidence level. My efforts were recognized by both Swarna laxmi co-operative as well as my college, so they gave me a full score along with a certificate during my 4 yearsfour-year BBS program. I was trained on skills such as handling criticism, dealing with corporate interviews, and recognizing highly responsive traits and development like listening, communication skills and empathy, along with social awareness, which will definitely shape my career.
