My name is Calvin Saxton, and I am an 8th Gradergrader at Seattle Academy. I am writing to you today with the intent of interviewing you for a school project. In my English class, we were tasked with interviewing an agency. I chose you because, in 6th grade, I took a field trip to your Renton facility and packed pasta. It was indeed a fantastic experience, and I felt so good knowing I helped thean organization that provides food for people in need. Here are some of the questions I have for you.
What is your goal as an organization?
What sets you apart from other organizations in your community?
Can you tell me about your organization's work and the program or programs you run?
What are your goals for the next three to five years? What priorities will help you achieve them? What barriers are in your way?
What is the hardest decision the organization has had to make recently, and how did you evaluate the tradeoffs involved, especially with Covid?
