I am writing to lodge a formal complaint concerning the quality of Shortening Oil we received. The shortening oil changechanged to solidification.

We received multiple
complainscomplaints from our customer, and they are really disappointed with the product quality.
As
youyou're well aware that, the product is under our own brand, and due to this quality issue, it affects brand reputation badly.

We still have some 260 Jerry Cans of oil in stock and want to return it immediately, keeping
it inin mind that the new order we placed for 1000 Cans also should be cancelled.

We want to stop the business based on
complainsthe complaints on the quality of the product.
