Amstelveen which is in The Netherlands. I writeI'm writing this letter, because I witnessed a
crime.
I werewas walking around at tuesdaythe city on Tuesday evening the city, when I saw a man suspiciously
walking around. Suddenly, he ran to a bike which was unlocked and takedtook it with him.
I tryedtried to stop him, however, he was too fast. I did see him toughthough. ItHe was a short man
whitwith brown hair and a scar on his neck.
