Good morning! As you have already told me about your leaves and disbursement status on Monday, and we agreed on a schedule that will benefit us both. AMU is emphasizing on this monitoring visit as AMU’s Report is mandatory for all disbursement notes of all projects and FDO has not been visited during the last 2-3 quarters.

It was agreed that I will visit you from Wednesday (desk review at office) to Friday (field visit on Thursday and Friday). For your convenience, your staff members can show me the files and documentation on Wednesday and can also accompany me in the field on Thursday and Friday. I only require one field/loan officer for the field, therefore, you can continue your routine activities along with this monitoring visit. Your participation in a debriefing session is required and you can also join us in the field after your leavesleave.
