1. I, Tiffany Colon, Specialist (SPC), request a conditional release from the PRARNG currently a 31B Military Police (MP) since 2014 in the 124th MP Battalion. I would like to thank the PRARNG for giving me the tools and confidence to do my job as a soldier and to all the leaders in the 124th MP Battalion who have taught me how to become a better leader and soldier.

2. Reasons for the conditional release request are as follows:

a. I have reached the 10-year mark on my current rank and I haven't seen any progress inside the PRARNG to promotefor promotion.

b. The Puerto Rico Air National Guard (PRANG) opened a new communication unit which represents an opportunity on my military progression career to expand my horizon exposing my knowledge to try new things, transfer my experience and skills to new soldiers. It's time for me to spread my wings and learn new things.
