Honestly, it is very odd for me to order a painting from an artist I never met in person. I usually get to know the artist in person first, have some talka chat and a coffee with them. It helps them to understand more what I like. Even after the completion of the painting, I have to give them a little hug (non-sexual, of course), and we become like family. As for a self-portrait, it is even more personal and important to me. I would like to invite you to my country, where I was born, and show you a place where something important happened to me, and I became more confident of my faith. I accepted Jesus as a child, but I needed stronger reassurance of my relationship with Him.
