I am writing this email to inform you all that iI have kindly put together a secret farewell morning tea for Amanda, who you may know is sadly leaving us. I have emailed Anita (manager) to notify her about the goodbye morning tea, and she has agreed to everything that iI have requested. The morning tea will be held on Friday 7th of May at 12 o’clock at The coffee club, which is on the corner of the square. Please let me know ifwhether you can or can’t make the morning tea and if you’d like to say some farewell words to Amanda. I’ve also arranged to buy Amanda a small take care and appreciation gift to show her she will be dearly missed, by. By doing this, iI would love to collect in a bit of money from everyone who is willing to come to the morning tea. I think $10 would be a generous amount for a gift, you can drop off or send me the money anytime/ day before Friday.
