Good afternoon,

I would like to lodge a complaincomplaint against one of your ICT teacherteachers (Ms. Sathiya Alex) who is teaching students of Grade 10, students.

Apparently, my wards edunationward's education account is not working at the moment and he is unable to join classes from his account. weWe have raised the concern with the school IT dept.department, and they are currently working on it

at the moment.

So just to avoid any loss of his work, my ward is trying to join his class on “zoom” by asking one of his friendfriends to send him a link. But every time he requests to join the class, Ms. Sathiya doesn’t let him

in the class. and yesterdayYesterday, he did tell his matter to Ms. Sathiya and was eventually kicked out from the class.

Appreciated if you could take this up with her and give me a valid reasonsreason for her actions.

If nothing is actioned upon, I will have no choice but to take this matter up with KHDA.
