I want to bring to your notice about the recent incident that havehas created a hostile atmosphere in my workingwork place. I have been subjected to insultinsults and derogatory remarks by coworkera co-worker on Monday evening,date22/03/202122/03/2021 at 8v30pm8:30pm. I was verbally insuinatedinsulted by usingthe use of slang,on by saying "youryou're not trying to help us, though our duty time is already over".upon Upon questioning, "why are you using slang" you deserve it, was Mr.DrupchulasDrupchula's response. I was mentally disturbed fromand then thought itsit's over now. But to my surprise, I was socially harassed in wechart nursing group unethically, which was total disturbancevery disturbing to my peace of mind affecting my self esteem and demotivateddemotivating me toward my work.because I believe that every one deserve s to be treated with dignity in their workplace.hence Hence, I here by I request you to kindly intervene in this matter and taketake the necessary disciplinary actions please.otherwise Otherwise, there is a high chance he may abuse me physically next time.
At last but not the least I have attached thea photo copy of the abusive chat history toward me. I have mentioned the name of two colleagues, who have witnessed the incident at that time.
