WithIn reference to the above mentionabovementioned subject., I would like to inform you that I frequently choose your airlinesairline to book tickets from UAE to different locations . Due to covid-19the Covid-19 pandemic, airline hasairlines have cancelled some of my PNRS &and some PNRS were rescheduled due to restrictions imposed from both countries Govtcountries' governments for safety regulations.
With my trail mails to customer support Airindia express. Airlinesairlines issued to me travel vouchers for all the PNRS with expiry date 31 December 2021.
Therefore, I would like to bring into your notice that as per our company norms and labor law of UAE. We, we are allowed to approve He /shean individual's vacation only after the completion of 2 years of his service unless it is anyan emergency, which is agreed by the employer and 2nd party i.e. (employee). were inAs the airline has issued me vouchers against the all PNRS itthat will get expiredexpire by decDec 2021 and this will be a great loss to the company .So, we as company request you to refund the partial ticket amount for the issued vouchers against PNRS to the same mode of payment.
