I’ve been buying from your company for years, and I haven’t noticed anything wrong, but yesterday I bought three sunglasses from the same store that I usually buy from, then I realized one of them had a broken lens, so obviously I ran as fast as I could, grabbed my phone and called your customer service just to know why that happened. One of the things I noticed is how sweet and responsible your agents are; they quickly apologized and promised to even come to my house and give me a replacement for the faulted sunglasses. I’ll definitely keep buying from you, and one mistake can’t define how hard you work.
