The purpose of this report is to offer the necessary feedback on my visits, on 24th of December, to both schools. This visit hasThese visits have increased the understanding aboutof a potential utility assessment to give the teachers the knowledge and skills they need in the teaching process.
The visitvisits were conducted as scheduled. The visit activitiesActivities included:
• Class Visitsvisits
• Discussion with the Staff includedstaff, including interviews
During my visitvisits, I noticed various differencedifferences between the two schools.
Firstly, concerning the teaching process, I realized that teachers at Wadi El- Zein are aware of their duties and tasks. The premises are neat and well-organizedwell organized. The teachers use educational posters and visual aids. The situation wasis not the same at Daouk school.
Secondly, after meeting the staff of both schools, I realized that many teachers are not aware of what they are doing. This is actually goes backrelated to the fact that they are not equipped with enough with educational strategies and educational skills.
As a result, the quality of their teaching is inconsistent. The achievements of students across the year are uneven.
To sum up, I recommend the following:
• Enhancing the whole educational process; in other words, applying technology to teaching and learning.
• Teachers must be more engaged enough with the curricula and teaching materials.
• Program empowerment, which will provide stronger and more specific foundational knowledge of the development of the child’s social behaviorbehavioral, cognitive and language skills.
In conclusion, I obtainedreached all the objectives plannedgoals I had set for these academic visits.
