Allocated to the PMO team of a UK investment banking client and tasked with leading the delivery of newly acquired
systems, upgrades to existing and internal bespoke in-house systems and applications, including digital transformation data, core and regulatory compliance (GDPR, KYC, MiFid2). Budget £2.5 m. Waterfall and Agile.

• Initiated and mobilised a cross-functional project team of 25 to produce a corporate-wide revised target-operating model (TOM) to support the underlying digital changes across their business, data and technology platforms.
• Created, updated and tracked project schedules working collaboratively with cross-functional client and consultancy teams, from initiation through analysis, build, development, test,testing and deployment, to BAU handover.
• Collaborated with internal workstreams, client and external design agency, UX, marketing subject-matter experts (SME’s) and technical teams to deliver a new trading platform. Solution provided proof of concept, pilots, and functionality demonstrations through to thethe full go-live and client across equities, FX and equity options.
• Completed an IT risk, operations and internal systems impact assessment and authored a high-level plan for the adoption of GDPR regulations across all business and technology units for a UK investment manager.
• Managed the 3rd party vendor Front Office Decision Support selection, from initial external suppliers’ long-list, RFP/RFI, references take-up, performance evaluation, functionality GAP analysis, proof of concept through to SLA, contract negotiation and implementation to time, scope and budget. Agile and Waterfall employed.

• Accomplished a full process-re-engineeringprocess re-engineering audit across all business systems focusing on the company’s DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) policy with recommended remedial actions to resolve each issue (staff on-boarding, team structures, diversity awareness training, etc.) resulting in 50% approval ratings from collective staff areas.
