Thank you for your email. As for the waste license, we never had that because when we moved into the property six years ago, we had a black wheely bin for our use.
After the first lockdown, when we returned to our office, we noticed our bin was missing so we rang RBWM to ask for a replacement bin. It was onbecause of their advice that we are in the current situation. Had we been told that these premises are not allowed a bin, we would have gotgotten a waste license at that time.
But unfortunately, we were told that a bin is on its way. It was only after the ticket was issued and we rang RBWM that we were told by yourselves that we need a waste license which we have got now.
Please underUnder the current covidCovid situation, we would likerequest that you to remove this £180.00, as it wasis due to us beenbecause we were given the wrong information.
