Thank you for taking the time to talk to me over the phone yesterday. Just to reiterate, I am a recent college graduate. I graduated from Brooklyn College in New York City this past spring, where I majored in Speech Communications and minored in TV/Radio. During my TV/Radio Writing course, I was able to build a mini portfolio through writing news, sitcom comedy, a documentary, and an advertisement for these media. I also produced and hosted a podcast called Talking to Myself & Co, on which I had guests from various creative spheres (comedy, music, art, etc.). Not to mention, I also write stand up comedy and have performed twice before the pandemic.
I stumbled upon the Ackermania CreativeCreative website (fantastic name, by the way) website after watching a few (practically all of them) PooPourri commercials on YouTube. I found the writing style to be extremely witty and hilarious and had to know who the genius was behind the script.
