Pascal has done business with more than 40 countries on 4 continents, in a range of local, global and multicultural environments. He considers himself a global citizen, speaking 4 languages and having lived in several countries. He started his career in Belgium in the Fastfast moving consumer goodgoods industry, already in sales and marketing functions both in food and non-food categories. He then moved, then, to several countries like France and Spain for Danone in Globalglobal sales functions with, always with the aim to accelerateof accelerating sales and nurturing talent by developing and deploying sales capabilities.
He now lives in Spain mainlymainly in Spain. In 2016, he decided to build his own business around sales acceleration, later joining POWERING. His philosophy is simple: the right strategy delivers a disproportionately positive impact on sales performance - and revenue.
