I think people at the age of 16 should not get a tattoo without their parent/ guardiantheir
parent's/guardian's permission because they are too young and will probably regret it.

Children at the age of 16 cannot make rational decisions. They keep changing their likings and tend to regret a lot of their decisions. Also, they might get a tattoo due to peer pressure or to showcase a hobby or liking of theirs that might change in the future.

Secondly, it will stretch out the tattoo. They are still growing, so their skin will stretch out the tattoo. They will probably regret it and get it removed due to the inconsistent markings left on their skin.
