I. The action plan was shared with the committee members and is available on the teams.

II. Sazi mentioned that the focus for the entire financial year would be on the Establishmentestablishment of the BA COE to ensure thethat better service is rendered to the business.
III. Develop a template to avoid using different templates for the same purpose.
IV. All the services rendered by the BA will be available on the BA COE Portal.
V. Sazi also shared the 2020/21 action plan to strengthen the BRM capabilities.
VI. All the BRM audit findings will be closed by this financial year.
VII. The CIO indicated that there must be an alignment in the action plan within the department to ensure better service delivery.
Actions
I. Sazi and the CIO will go through the action plan to check if there is anything that is outstanding and must be added on the plan.
II. Sazi will work with Karen to review the outdated departmental SLA and creatingcreate the new ones.
