We’ve tested every functional requirement for the Helpdeskhelp desk with regards to the customercustomer's end of the Applicationapplication.

Based on the test sothus far, the idea of the customer being able to communicate directly with Odoo's Helpdeskhelp desk wouldn't be possible ( especially sending ticket messages ).
But we've been able to sort this out with Mathew.
The resolution is to have the customer compliant come directly to the App'sapp's back end and the user, with a click of a button, can then generate a ticket in Odoo if need be. Updates, and messaging on tickets can be done via the back end.
Also, we're now facing some difficulties trying to connect to the test system for products using the test user credentials sent earlier. We suggest that all permissions needed for the App ( E-commerceapp (e-commerce, Helpdeskhelp desk, Customers)customers) be granted to one user, to make the testing process easier.
