Further to our discussion, Belowbelow are the some points which I am still not getting a clarity on as a part of my improvement plan.
1. Customer Obsession – In forte, my peers and stakeholderstakeholders demonstrate that I am good in this leadership principal. I am still not getting a clarity here why there is a differentdifference of opinion. I have received 9 Positivepositive responses and I believe we should take the recorded one. As thisthese responses are from my stakeholder whomwho I have worked with during my tenure.
2. Deliver Results – In forte, I demonstrated that I am good in this leadership principal and I believe we should take the recorded one.
During this Pivot entry, I have few planned leavesleave which I would like to bring it to your notice, and I will keep you posted if there are further changes onto my leavesleave.
