If I were the hiring manager and I reviewed boththe profiles of both LaShawn and David, I would only be able to hire only one of the two candidates. The first profile that I reviewed was of LaShawn Jackson, and the second profile that I reviewedsecond was of David Enomoto. The hiring candidate that I would have chosen would have to be LaShawn Jackson. First, David’s profile did not impress me, andas I don't think that David’shis profile picture is something that I or anyone else in my company would want to see. Whether it is a real mug shot or not, I do not think thatit is very professional. As I was going through David’s resume, he hadIn addition, there were many words that were misspelled or pronounced incorrectlywords in David’s résumé. I don’t believe that David’s profile isis as “professional” as some people may think.
