We got a claim from a patient who is under receiving treatment by HZ about the Syringesyringe pump in DAIKEN IRYOKIKI.
The claim points were
two thethe two following;:
1.DAIKEN IRYOKIKI Call Center does not support in day time
, but the patient could notnot get support from healthcare professionals in HP, and the patient thought it is difficult to solve device troubletroublem even by a pharmacist who is not a specialist tofor the device.
2.It is not clear who is a contact person in case of device trouble from patient
perspectivesperspective.

As a result, the patient could not
get timely get support from healthcare professionals in HP andor the call centerCall Center in the day time.
Fortunately, the claim
is solved now, but we might have an improvement point based on this experience.

I understand the
call centerCall Center operation business hours from 5:00 PM to 9:00 AM but I think it might be better to expand business hours to 24 hours 7 days for the patient.
