I liaise with development, commercial and projects departmentdepartments, including liaisonliaising with Project Managers in the execution of day to day project duties to ensure timely reporting, effective design monitoring, and controlled project coordination. I manage the preparation and coordination of construction dashboards to show updates, program management, and other reports as required by management. I effectively deliver work that meets or exceeds management expectations toof required quality within allotted timelines. I also ensure workflow and processes are followed as needed to achieve business objectives to the maximum level of operational efficiency. I manage a team of planners to effectively manage program relatedprogram-related activities.
