1) DS didhad an internal discussion with regards to this matter. We do not want to purchase the Haussmann property with CTB structure. That was the reason why we putwe set our bidding price of EUR 123Mn., which includingincluded stamp duty. Highly appreciate if you discuss with the seller with regards to this matter.
2) Duly noted. Let's be discusseddiscuss in the near future after both of us have completed urgent matters.
3) EUR 123Mn., the amount of price whatthat DS willingwere willing to purchasepay for the Haussmann property, is includingincludes a condition which is suceedto succeed the current leasehold agreement of the property. At this time, DS do not intend to take and changechange the partial leasehold structure to a freehold structure. Could you please perform re-pricing and valuation of the IRR level @ Korean side with a EUR 123Mn., purchase price?
