Dear Sir/Madam:
I am writing to complain about thea problems that I had with the mobile phone I bought from your company. I am acutely displeased with the phone and the service.
Firstly, the product I was given was not the model I had asked for. On unpacking my purchase, I saw that I received the smaller X model instead. Furthermore, the phone that I received phone is a cheaper thanversion of the phone I have ordered.
In addition, I was deeply offended by the behavior of the sales assistant when I went back to the shop in order to complain. He was not only impolite, but also unhelpful. First, he accused me that I wasof making a fuss, and then he refused to contact the manager when I asked to speak to him about the incident.
To resolve this problem, I would be grateful if you could give me a full refund or arrange for a substitutereplacement product reflecting my original order to be delivered to me immediately.
