It is undeniable that figures do not lie. Our alimentary habits have suffered an important change, as other Spanish habits have done, because of the globalisation and influences of other cultures.
Not only have these foreign influences caused an impact in the way that we eat, but the integration of womanwomen in the workforces, hoehow hurried our life is, and the effect of marketing were devastating our ancestral way of life.
However, I strongly believe we are very concerned about this negative issue, and it is taking really interesting measures to call off the question.
Informative campaigns are implemented in the whole state. It is the same marketing, which introduced us theto junk food, thatwhich is used for making to arrive thesending the message to the population.
The mainstream of processing of food is little by little being substituted for a new way of considering food: the flexidiet.
TV advertisements, educational initiatives at school, general practitionerspractitioners' practices, and the new mainstream which istends in moving to new tendenciestowards like healthy lifestylelifestyles, will contribute to change and return to take the control of how we decide to live, appraising the old fashionfashioned ways.
Under no circumstances will things be similar asto the way they were in the past.
Even Governmentgovernment has created rules for stopping the problem, the last of them, which is the prohibition of selling sugary and saturated fat products at schools.
Perhaps, we were not doing it well but if something is sure, it is thatcertain: never ever will our cooking would be worse than any otheranywhere else in the world.
