I hope all is well. I am currently working on Tekni Plex - Express Scripts audit. There are over 150 members from the carrier census who are not active in this EN. I Reachedreached out to the carrier, and they confirmed all the members on the census are truly active Employeesemployees and dependents. I looked up employeesemployee coverage term dates, and for members who’s term dates were available, I sent those to the carrier to update their system. There are many members for whom I could not find term dates, as they were imported in EN, and there is no previous yearsyears' data available( mostavailable (most of them were imported on 10/26/2018). Please see attached. I have divided them into two parts, one for those who are active in the carrier census but not active in EN (previous yearyear's data is not available in EN), and twothe second one for members who are active in the carrier census but who could not be located inon our system. Please review and advise.
