In reply to the task that you have given me, the department has employed new staff due to the growing demand for solar panels. Seeing as the company has been facing high requests for this technology, the team has increased the number of workers to be able to meet the increasing interest. Twenty workers have been hired over the course of two years. For this reason, there is a problem, which I believe should be addressed, concerning their experience.
Hiring many employees in a short amount of time makes it difficult to pay full attention to each individual’s work quality that might be a result of lack of experience. As well as, making it hard to detect the source of an error.
In addition, the lack of experience in the staff might lead to a downfall in the company’s sales, which would be hard to recover from. Keeping in mind that demand is high at the moment, the market is very competitive. Hence, the company must be maintainingmaintain the best quality for consumers in every aspect.
To provide a solution for the issue addressed above, the team suggests implementing a training program for new employees to ensure the quality and efficiency of their work. This way the company avoids facing any problems in the future.
