It brings me great disappointmentI am greatly disappointed to have to inform you that this part of our journey has come to an end for me.
I have decided to step away from coaching and focus on getting my health back to where it needs to be.
To say this was a tough decision would be an understatement. I couldn’t imagine a first timefirst-time head coach gettingbeing given the opportunity to work with a better group of players and staff. You guys were aan absolute pleasure to coach. All of you guys have great attitudes and a team firstteam-first mentality. This was the last thing I wanted to do, but I hadhave no choice. Snowy will take over the head coaching duties. He has done a great job this year, and I know you will show him the respect he deserves. I will still be involved and try andto be around as much as I can. If there is ever anything I can do to help you, please feel free to reach out.
If you guys continue to play forwith each other, you will have a great opportunity to do something special.
