In February 2018, I had another incident with Nancy, wherewhen I was helping another coworker plan a weight loss challenge for the plant and I posted a sign in the front lobby for the ladies to sign up . Nancy got upset about me posting this sign and went to the GMHR person to complain. whenWhen she couldn’t reach her, she went to my supervisor and complained about the sign to say it was against the policy at the plant, not knowing the plantsthat the plant's HR person was the person who created the sign for the contest. I don’t know what NancyNancy's issue is with people of color, but I don’t feel like I should have Toto look over my shoulder or watch my back in fear that she may make another false assault charge against me.
