My organization is a permanent mission to the United Nations and other international organizations in Geneva – Switzerland; however, the organization activity plan imposed asis instructions ofby the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) in the mother country. The changechanged plans or casual crises are often managed with the recommendations of the general guidelines from MOFA,; so, the margin for own organizationthe organization's own initiatives outside the proposed framework of the MOFA often seemsseem narrow, unless the problem is of a nature that makes the solution unablenot possible from MOFA without a local advocate. I amhave been working in the organization for 15 years. I have occupied different positions, which allowed me the opportunity to acknowledge its management style, visions, and structure. I am currently the HR manager, which allowedallows me the chance to know the most effective problems in the organization of HR activities.
