It is quite a shame that Ms. Woods feels that way about us. We have never encountered this type of situation before, even after having been in the industry for years. Claimants are usually very grateful to have worked with us, as they would have never found out about monies they are possibly entitled to otherwise.

Certainly, you have my permission to move forward to the discovery phase. However, we will be making payment towards the end of next week, if that would still be ok with the courts, as we definitely want to avoid missing any deadlines.

Just out of curiosity— Do you feel Ms. Woods has any chance of lucking out on this matter?
