In a time between 1865 and the late 18001800s, cowboys were everywhere in the wild westWild West. When cattle were left unattended during the civil war, they wandered off and bred with wild cattle. When the civil war ended, Texans saw an opportunity to make money. They rounded up the cattle and sold them for BIG BUCKS up in Kansas and other states. This was the Cowboy Era.
