Rape cases are usually presumed false, and when they are proven to be true, the victims are accused of provoking and causing the assault. In most cases, wherewhen the victim is female, people will often say; ifthings like, "If she wouldn'twasn't have been at that party," or, if"If she wasn't wearing that and maybe if she wasn't drinking, then she wouldn't have gotten raped, saying." Saying these things just sends the message that rape can be prevented, inavoided. In other words, if you take precautions, they won't rape you,; they will rape the other girl instead.
