On a personal level, Elo has always been reliable, warm and caring. She has been thea true role model for her friends and classmates. Over the years, I have witnessed her boldness on repeated occasions. She is not afraid of any challengeschallenge and loves to be in front of people and to deal with people. Throughout our school-time, she was always the person who could communicate easily and effectively with anyone, even with the most severe teachers.

On a professional level, Elo has also proven herself asto be an independent and devoted individual, as she is always in control of everything, even in the hardest situations. She has worked in different places every summer since beingshe was only 14 years old. She has worked as a cashier in a local supermarket, she has given tours forto tourists atin our city's old town and this summer she worked in a Riida Tourist Farm in South Estonia. soSo, the world of business world is not anything new tofor her.
