The subject of this thesis is the influence of social media on consumers' decisions regarding healthy lifestyle. The aim of this thesis is to show the importance of social media in the lives of Internet users. In this thesis, the research hypothesis was tested: social media has a strong influence on consumers' decisions regarding healthy lifestyle. In order to verify the hypothesis a survey among social media users was conducted among Polish and foreigners social media users, mainly students.

The thesis consists of 3 chapters. The first concerns the needs and behaviour of consumers and the decision-making process. The second chapter presents the essence, classification and popularity of social media, as well as
theirits use in business. The third chapter presents and analyses the results of the survey.
