The increase in the number of youth can create lots of issues. These related problems and issues areare the most common observable facts around Bhutan today. Almost all youth have one or multiple problems that hamper their positive activities and good behavior. Youth relatedYouth-related problems are the mostmore common in the urban compared torather than rural areas due to social, economical, and their personal problemsfactors such as family problems. Youth problems are less common in rural areas as rural areas are less developed and less populationpopulated. Youth have the privilege to enjoy better opportunities, priorities, and to build to build good foundationfoundations for the future nation. Nevertheless, at this age the jewels of the nation are faced with several problems. Due to the modernization of the nation, the youth are facing serious problems such as substance abuse, unemployment, social violence and teenage pregnancy.
