I know many of you have concerns about the layoff of employees , but we have no choice. It wais difficult, because we are haveing economic problems. and Wwe have to cut expenses. I think that layoffs have more disadvantages than advantages. The disadvantages wouilld be employee morale. The advantage wisll be saveing some expenses tfor the company.
