As you may know, I recently put in a request for 32 hours of vacation time. Unfortunately my request was denied. With all due respect, I feel that the reason given for the denial of my request was not viable or reasonable due to the following reasons.
I put in my request at a respectable amount of notimce, in accordance witoh the policy.
Prior notice was not given to me., Wwhich would have allowed me to make other arrangements.
The staff isare more than capable tof appropriately manageing any problems that may arise withoutn my preabsence.

My vacation has a series of pre-planned activities outlined within this time frame.

I believe you will look into the situation and Ggrant me the right to have my vacation as I already requested.
