As planned, two carpenters were supposed to arrive on 12 mMarch 17 (see below on signers' carpenter highlighted in yellow). oOnly one person, Thomas Kuznick, arrived and had no information about the second carpenter, Robert Azcerbala, who did not arrived.(???)
Our information was thiat these two carpenters awere Aasbestos trained personnel. and hHowencver, Thomas Kuznick doid not have his Aasbestos certificate.
