When we think of stress, we think of depression and anxiety. Consequently, stress is defined as a state of worry that is caused by difficulties in a person’s life. In people’s lives, there are many causes of stress. One cause is that people have a lot of tasks to complete. For example, a working mother who has a job to attend, needs to look after her baby, and take care of her house usually gets stressed because it is hard to find a balance between her personal life and her career, and that leads to another cause of stress which is time management. Money can also lead to serious stress problems. Some people, in particular, suffer from the inability to pay their tuition, hospital bills, daily life expenses, or a car credit. On the other hand, being under stress can lead to many health problems such as heart diseases, and obesity. Moreover, people may suffer from memory problems due to stress. I believe that it is impossible to avoid stress in our lives, but we can reduce the amount of stress by exercising, socializing, and managing our time properly.
