Settlement/Lawsuit: Family was informed of the major settlement information. Each sibling will receive their portion of the settlement and so will their child/children. Per Ms. Massey's request the grandchildren's portions isare not to be touched by the parents; only the grandchild at the age of 18. Ms. Massey was thinking of giving the grandchildren monthly allowances of $100. Ms. Massey also stated that each sibling under the age of 25 will have student loans will be paid off. Per Ms. Massey's request each child will be debt free. There were also talks about a family pot for emergencies. The family was informed of 7 pending lawsuits that are pending and one that is currently being settled.
