We were just caught a bit off- guard a bit on the invoiced amount for the Julio Hernandez case, as it's much more than our typicalhe $750 fixed fee per case we've been accustomed to on these types of matters.

I would assume that once we hear back from Jennifer Burns, the retrieval process fofr theise type of funds with this particular agency would turn out to be much more efficient and predictable for the both of us.

We certainly would like to continue utilizsing your firm's services with the current existing matters, but we would prefer to revisit the negotiating table upon case completion of each case and propose a $750 fixed fee due upon successful retrieval. If for some streasonge the retrieval is unsuccessful, we would be comfortable satisfying any current fees accrued duwhen there uponis a final case result for the case.
