This study was designed to explore how leisure activities influence to the well-being of people who are suffering from spinal cord injury (SCI). The sample consisted of 206 people with spinal cord injury. A Hierarchical mMultiple rRegression aAnalysis was employed to identify well-being. The results showed that the frequency of recreation participation, free time, boredom, income, and age are associated with well-being among the people with SCI. Most of all, the frequency of recreation participation bears upon subjective well-being. This study revealed that active leisure involvement is an important predictor for upholding and promoting subjective well-being.
