Among the reasons I want to be a primary teacher are imparting knowledge;, impacting on the pupils and helping develop the pupils as an individual, are the various reasons about why I want to be a primary teacher. My passion for teaching first developed thdurough doing a childcare course and furthered in school work experience. This has led to me to do a B.Ed (HONS) in Primary Education at University of Wolverhampton.
Through
my volunteered work experience and placements at university, I have taught across the stages and the National Curriculum. My experience across the curriculum has widened my understanding of progression in each subject. I believe a cross-curricular approach is extremely beneficial to pupils, so as to make their learning relevant and help tohem formulate their own connections.
