That is an excellent application of the personality test in your Company. Even though
, they are not 100% valid and does not predict an employee’s behavior in certain situations, but I strongly believe that using these tests as more of a team -building exercise is better than using them in the recruitment process, which, to me, overshadows what the prospective employee has to offer.
