This provision does not allow parties to transfer their obligations and benefits under the Agreement to another party, without the opposite party’s consent. AlsFurthermore, this provision allows parties to control with whom they do business.
This provision allows signing copies of the Agreement. When copies or counterparts
weare signed by both parties (each party sign only its copy), they must be considered as the original agreement. Copy of the Agreement signed by one party is valid, and has the same effect as an original document signed by both parties. The copy can be delivered electronically.
Signing counterparts is the most comfortable and easiest way to make a contract for both. It gives
an opportunity for parties to read carefully the Agreements, to consult with lawyers, and to sign the Agreement when they have free time.
It can be harmful for both parties. If it is a big deal with
a 100 pages contract, it is a big question whether you singn the latest version of the Agreement and whether you can trust to the opposite party.

If you are focusing on
the client's need, “delegation of some duties” is a good way to improve your service. As a result, a company will get a positive feedback and a consumer will get service of high quality.
Both parties get benefits.
The provision can be harmful for a consumer. It enables a company to hand over their duties to
a ‘cheap company’ because of assurance that the consumer is unimportant for a company, or because it is the only way they do their business. The harm will be in the quality of service.

This provision serves for
the parties’ future benefits which they can get under the agreement. Usually, an average agreement binds only two parties, for example, the Landlord and the Tenant. No one else is bound. If the Landlord wants to sell the leased Ppremises, the Tenant can lose his right to use the Ppremises because the new owner wants to cancel the Lease Agreement. So, it is important to bind all others who later can take the place of one of the parties who is bound by the Agreement.
Using such provision
, all parties will feel confident about not losing their benefits under the Agreement in the future.
For example, after the Tenant ma
dkes renewal, the Landlord soellds the Premises, the Tenant will assured that he will pay the same lease payments and new Landlord will not change his mind about the Lease Agreement.

This provision can be harmful for both parties because they cannot change
the conditions of the Agreement in this instance when they takes over all obligations under the Agreement.
