To improve laboratory safety, the following recommendations are proposed:

7.1 The sockets may get wet and cause fires.
To address the problem of causing a fire, the laboratory should keep the sockets lead away from water., Oor the laboratory should provide a lid to cover the socket so as to prevent the sockets getting wet.

7.2 The Auto Rewind Hose Reel swing during usage
The auto rewind hose reel which installed on the ceiling, will swing when the employees pull the hose reel. The auto rewind hose reel may drop and cause bodily injury. To address the problem of dropping the auto rewind hose reel, the laboratory should use a holder to fix the auto rewind hose reel so as to prevent it falling and causing bodily injury.

7.3 Brewed Coffee is hot and causes thermal burns.
The employees may touch the hot coffee and get burnt when they pour coffee in the sink. To address the problem of getting burnt, the laboratory should provide heat resistant and slip resistant gloves to the employees.

7.4 Step stool may move or collapse and cause a fall hazard.
The step stool willmay move or break and cause a fall hazard. To address the problem, the laboratory should provide the step stool with a handle. The employee will hold the handle if the accident happens.

7.5 Coffee droplets and water may cause slips.
The cCoffee droplets may drop on the floor when the employees measure the weight of brewed coffee. Also, the floor gets wet when the employees fill the water reservoir. Thus, the risk of slipping on wet flooring will be increased. To address the problem, the laboratory should use slip resistant flooring.
